Design and Detailing:
- ALTECH
has a Qualified Design and Detailing team with rich experience in
design of metal buildings using latest software tools (MBS &
STAAD-Pro, AutoCAD ) and techniques.
- ALTECH design team strives for excellence in providing cost effective design & detailing to meet the Customer requirements.
The design codes that are being used are: - American institute of steel construction manual (AISC)
- American iron & steel institute specifications (AISI)
- Metal building manufacturers association manual (MBMA)
- American welding society specification (AWS)
- Indian standard code of practice for design loads (IS 875-1987).
Manufacturing Facilities
- The
manufacturing unit encompasses an area of more than 15000Sq Ft
established on a spacious land located on Meerut Road Industrial Area,
Ghaziabad (UP).
- The unit
has State of the art machinery and all components are fabricated
Inhouse. We have Automatic Main Welder, Panel Roll Forming Line, Purlin
Forming line, Automatic De-Coiler and all required machinery most of
which are Imported for fabricating the Pre-Engineered buildings to the
required Standards & Specifications.
Source of Raw Materials:
The steel is sourced from reputed and accredited rolling mills having
authorized capacity, meeting the requisite norms and adhering to the
stipulated quality standards of organized sector basic steel &
color coated sheet producers viz
